About the Program

We need more addiction counselors, peer recovery support  specialists, and clinical supervisors who can provide compassionate care and guidance to those on the path to recovery.

RRWI is a LASACT-led program designed to expand access to addiction counseling and peer recovery services statewide. By funding clinical supervision, professional development, and peer certification, RRWI helps ensure Louisiana has a strong, skilled, and compassionate workforce ready to meet the needs of those in recovery.
