LASACT uses TPN.HEALTH as the platform for conference registrations. To check your registration status, log into your TPN.HEALTH account. When attending sessions at the conference, you must check into each session through TPN.HEALTH. The system will automatically check you out. Failure to check in will prevent TPN.HEALTH from sending you the session evaluation, which is required to receive your certification.

Once completed, evaluations should be submitted through TPN.HEALTH. Upon submission, TPN.HEALTH will issue your certification for the session, indicating the number of hours earned.

Registration Rates
University Students, Retirees, PRSS, and LACT Students:
To receive a discounted rate, you must request a special code by emailing Gail (gail@lasact.org). Include proof of eligibility (e.g., student ID). Gail will provide the     code, which must not be shared.

LASACT Members: Memberships are updated initially in TPN.HEALTH's database. If     you are a member, TPN.HEALTH will recognize your name and email address and automatically apply the membership discount.

New Members: Email Isabel (isabel@lasact.org) to confirm your membership. She will provide a special link for registration at the discounted rate after your 2026 membership is confirmed.

‍Regular Non-Member Rates: Use the registration link available on the conference website to complete your registration through TPN.HEALTH. No special codes or links are required.

Pre-registered attendees are guaranteed to receive a pre-printed badge, swag bag, and padfolio. If you register onsite or encounter errors in your registration, you will need to wait for an onsite badge print; swag bags and padfolios are first come first served. To ensure you receive these items, it is strongly recommended to complete your registration in advance.

Submit all high-resolution logos and graphics for the conference to Nya  (lact@lasact.org). Low-resolution or poorly formatted graphics may appear distorted in conference materials and media. If you need assistance creating your ad, contact Nya for support. Ensure all submitted ads adhere to the aspect ratio and size guidelines provided for the conference booklet. Clearly indicate your company name as you wish it to appear in print and media.

The conference agenda, including speakers, session topics, exhibitors, and sponsors, will be made  available on the conference website. Updates will be made regularly as submissions are received. Please note the agenda is tentative and subject to change until finalized in July 2026.

To become a sponsor, complete the sponsor form and submit your payment to LASACT. In cases of checks, follow the instructions outlined on the form. Depending on your sponsorship tier, you may be entitled to send a specific number of free attendees to the conference.

‍Registration for Sponsored Attendees: Each attendee must register individually     using the unique code provided by Gail upon confirmation of your sponsorship. Without this code, attendees will not be registered or receive credit for hours earned.

It is critical to manage your sponsored attendees carefully. Replacements or late registrations can cause logistical challenges, so please submit them as early as possible. The sponsor hall has a capacity limit, so sponsorship slots are capped. Late sponsorship submissions may not be accommodated.
