Shift times: 12 hour shifts/PRN (one day and one night opening) What We’re Looking For: - Dedicated and compassionate caregiver with strong observational skills; - One year of LPN experience preferred; Graduate of an accredited LPN program; - Current Louisiana LPN licensure required; - Proficient in clinical duties including medication administration and documentation; - Ability to recognize and respond to psychiatric and medical emergencies; - Must maintain confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations; - Familiarity with safety practices, including PPE use, hand hygiene, and emergency procedures What You Will Do: - Provide compassionate and professional nursing care under the direction of a Registered Nurse. Perform a wide range of direct and indirect resident care duties in accordance with the facility’s standards. - Complete Nursing and Nutritional Assessments within 24 hours of admission - Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by a physician - Accurately document vital signs, interventions, and occurrences in patient charts - Coordinate and consult with practitioners and clinical staff - Recognize and respond to psychiatric and medical emergencies - Conduct educational groups for residents - Supervise activities when professional staff are unavailable, if qualified - Perform clinical duties only if licensed and qualified to do so - Report incidents of abuse, neglect, or misappropriation immediately - Complete all documentation before the end of shift - Carry out other duties as assigned Ready to be part of a team that values your skills and dedication? We are seeking a few compassionate and dedicated Certified Peer Support Specialist to join our team, providing services via-telehealth. The mentor shall have similar life experiences they have overcome and willing to assist/support the needs of our clients with their challenges. This role involves engaging with diverse communities, offering peer support, and facilitating recovery through evidence-based practices. Offer peer support advocacy by sharing personal recovery experiences to inspire hope and resilience. Mentor clients through recovery processes, emphasizing behavioral health strategies and relapse prevention. Prior experience working with individuals with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions.
