Gateway Recovery
Systems - Harvey
Gateway Recovery Systems in Harvey is
a Domiciliary IOP and OP. We feel that the 24 hour environment needs to
be part of Intensive treatment for addiction. We accomplish that at far
less cost that hospitalization. Our census is now about 200 adult males
residing in 65 townhouses in suburban Harvey. We provide about 100 beds
for veterans who receive concurrent care at the VA in New Orleans. We are
the primary caregiver for 100 additional clients through the ATR 1 & 2
programs. We have been asked by the VA to increase our primary care of
veterans and need qualified, certified counselors to develop this program.
If you are a CIT, RAC or CAC, we would
like to talk to you. Experience with the veteran population or the VA
system is a plus.

Facility, to provide addiction counseling and facilitate utilization of
therapeutic community treatment modality for resident community
population in the Baton Rouge Metropolitan Area.
Requirements:
Current and valid Louisiana Addictive Disorders Regulatory Authority
(ADRA) credential - CIT, RAC, CAC, or LAC;
Minimum of one year experience working in the Addiction Field preferred
All other licensed mental health counselors should be willing and
eligible to apply for add-on credentials in Substance Abuse
Specialization as a complement to currently held mental health licenses. The
Cenikor Foundation
has specialized in helping people with chronic addictions break the cycle
of addiction for more than 40 years. Facilities are located in
Baton Rouge, Louisiana;
