LASACT ANNUAL ELECTIONS

The 34th Annual Conference of LASACT is scheduled for July 24 - 27, 2011 at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, in Baton Rouge, LA. The annual LASACT business meeting is tentatively scheduled for Tuesday, July 26, 2011.

Guidelines for LASACT Annual Awards

All Individual Nominees must be:

Currently registered with the Addictive Disorders Regulatory Authority and have held their status for a minimum of one year.

Free of prior or pending legal/ethical violations.

Currently in compliance with legal/ethical/state standards.

In operation for a minimum of one year.

Preference is given to LASACT individual or organizational members.

Louisiana Addiction Counselor of the Year Nominees:

(LAC, CAC, RAC)
Documentation of addiction counseling skills.

Louisiana Prevention Professional of the Year Nominees:
