Each year in mid-summer LASACT holds its annual Conference, rotating the site around the state to the cities with facilities large enough to accommodate it. The 2012 Conference will be held at the Paragon Casino Resort in Marksville from July 29 to August 1. "Save the Date" flyer with hotel information will be available soon.

Current information on sponsorships, program ads, exhibits, registration, etc. will be posted below when available. Outstanding addiction professionals from all over the nation are featured as keynote speakers and workshop leaders at the Conference.
Continuing education credits are available for Conference attendance and verified participation in the various activities and events. The continuing education credits that are offered meet the requirements for certification and recertification for LASACT and the Addictive Disorders Regulatory Authority (ADRA). Approval will be requested - and is usually received - for Social Work and LPC credit. Certificates of attendance with verified participation hours are presented to each attendee at the end of the Conference.
Certified Co-occurring Disorder Professionals can get 20 or more hours of approved CEU's at the Conference.
